Our shoes are DIV hand‑painted custom items. 10 business days production lead‑time is required before shipping. Shipping time does NOT include production days.

Standard Shipping (Free for orders over $60.00) Estimated delivery: 10‑15 business days after production is completed.

Express Shipping ($29.99) Priority dispatch. Estimated delivery: 5‑8 business days after production is completed.

🚚 Processing & Production Time All hand‑painted graffiti shoes require 10 business days for custom production (excluding weekends & public holidays). Items will only be shipped out once production is finished.

Q‑ Can I change or cancel my order? Our custom shoes go into hand‑painting production quickly after payment. The window for cancellation or modification is very limited. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at gisellelechlak17@outlook.com as soon as possible with subject line "Cancellation Request", including your full name and order number. Once hand‑painting has started, order cancellation will no longer be available.

Q‑ My item arrived damaged. What should I do? We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you receive damaged goods, please email us at gisellelechlak17@outlook.com with: ✔ Your order number ✔ Your full name ✔ Clear photos of damaged items We will resolve your case as fast as we can.

Q‑ What happens if my package is lost? A package is considered lost if not delivered within 60 days. Full refund is available if you purchased shipping insurance at checkout. You must contact us within 30 days to apply for refund or reshipment.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

📦 Will I be charged customs fees? VAT, import duties or other customs charges may apply upon arrival in some countries. These fees are not included in product or shipping cost and shall be borne by the recipient. Custom policies vary by country, we cannot estimate customs fees in advance. Please consult your local customs office for details.

⚠ If a package is rejected due to unpaid customs fees, shipping cost and custom‑made production cost will NOT be refunded.
