Intellectual property rights for custom hand‑painted graffiti artworks created for customers remain with Shoeartify. Customers are granted only the personal‑use right to the finished physical shoes. Commercial reproduction of painted patterns on footwear is not permitted.
For trademarks and logos submitted by customers for printing, customers must hold valid legal authorization. Customers shall bear full legal liability for trademark, copyright or portrait‑right infringements arising from materials uploaded by customers.
3. Disclaimers for Custom‑Made Products
All graffiti hand‑painted shoes sold in our store are custom‑made products: ‑ Production takes 10 business days after order placement prior to shipment; ‑ Minor colour deviations and brush‑stroke differences between hand‑painted finished goods and preview renderings are normal for handmade items and shall not be regarded as product defects; ‑ Custom‑made goods are generally non‑returnable and non‑refundable. After‑sales support is only available for manufacturing defects attributable to our side.
Images displayed on the website are for demonstration only. Variations in display screens may lead to slight differences in actual colours.
